Well since they have no phone number and contacting ovh just to tell me they really don't have the same system to look at accounts... He told me to post something here. I but since its not getting me anywhere I am most likely going to have to go to my bank and take back my money if i dont get a resolution in the next 72 hours.

I have exactly the same problem: due to late payment, Hubic blocked my account. Now that the bill is payed, I still have no access to my Hubic cloud. How to solve this problem?

I had a late payment, I have since payed the balance, but after speaking to OVH in Montreal I still cannot get onto my account. I had to create a new account to post here.
