Please help

- Please completely close my account and confirm that there'll be no further billing
- There was a bill sent to me earlier this week although I have disabled my account
- At this point I can't login to account
- password recovery procedure also didn't work: got 'password invalid' error after input email address
- Please communicate with me in English
- your billing was in French

I've also sent private message to HubiCTeam without response so far. You can choose to response privately.

Reasons of cancelling account are poor performance and functionality of the GUI: copy/move 2GB+ files doesn't work.
