Success!

Files from Duplicati started to upload correctly following the procedure I highlighted above.

I am also now trying out Swift Explorer because this does not 'parcel up' into zip files...in other words, it uploads all my files so they look like they do on my PC.

Whilst it does not have a scheduler as part of the package, swift explorer does allow you to simply select files and folders & send them to the hubic account...a little like have an attached storage device.
Subsequent updates will allow you to upload only changed files but this is a manual process.

Good news for anyone wanting to use the Duplicati version 2 backup program with their Hubic account.

I am trying it out now and will report back if successful.

OK, thanks.
So to back up to folder M, say, the 'backup to' instruction on Duplicati has to look like this: hubic://default/M?authid=.............................
And not like that: hubic://M?authid=...........................
I don't think I will change it though, since I can view the files where they are now (on \M, not on \default\M\), and delete them if I want, with Swift-Explorer.
But I have no way to do a copy-paste to the \default\M location, either from Swift-Explorer (there is no copy option), or from Hubic (which doesn't show me the \M folder).

Hi ('xcuse for bad english),

you have to put them in \default\, not elsewhere.

I found out that the program SwiftExplorer (http://www.619.io/swift-explorer) allows me to access my files.
But I don't know exactly what Duplicati does with them, and why they are hidden on the usual Hubic interface.

Hi,

Can you ask where your files are to duplicati team?
Indeed, we don't have look the code and we don't know what duplicati doing with your files.

Best regards,
Vincent

I have exactly the same problem. Where are the files on hubiC WebApp?
I can see that my available space on hubiC has decreased but I can't see the files.

The program Duplicati 2.0 can now be used on HubiC:
https://duplicati-oauth-handler.appspot.com/
It seems to work (it has uploaded a few Go on my HubiC account).
However, from the HubiC web interface, I can't find the files I have uploaded thanks to Duplicati.
Where are they? How can I access them (apart from Duplicati itself)?
