Hi,

I have contacted you several times now .. your system gave me an error when the account was created but you still charged me for the full 1 year subscription .. in over 2 weeks you have been unable to provide for me the 10TB account that I paid for ..

Now I had to sign up with a different supplier, so I expect a full refund, which I have already requested via private email .. to receive no reply and no refund ..

Please process it immediately or I will have to create a chargeback via my credit card company .. a few chargebacks and your processing charges will start to go up .. you decide ..
