Connection failed

I am interested in the 10TB personal cloud, so I registered and got a email confirmation.
I installed the software and started it. I entered my email and password and pushed connect.
However i got a message "Connection failed: The service temporary unavailable. Please retry in some minutes".
I tried several times without succes.

When I login at : https://hubic.com/home/ I get a message: Unknown error occurred during the identification process.
Server response : 500 - 500 Internal Server Error.

Am I doing something wrong?

Please help

Today I tried to login and did not get any "Connection Failes" message.
