I have the same Problem.
All Mails in Frensh.... i donīt unterstand Frensh.

I have paid all Invoices but i canīt Login

Hubic has been asking me to pay 5€ for a couple pf weeks. But I wanted to pay yearly to avoid all this monthly fuss.
You don't have any reply mechanism no your emails, which makes communicating with you difficult.
Can you tell me please what has happened? I have now paid the 5€ but I still connot connect to my data.
Last month I bought a 4TB hard disk and backed up my cloud locally, a thing that having the cloud is supposed to avoid. What a mess !

I am becoming increasingly unhappy with what I get from Hubic.
When I signed up you told me you didn't have an annual contract. Now you are offering them.

Please resolve my problem and I would like to communicate with you a a more direct way that through this public forum.
