I had the same situation and and this hint worked to me - thanks! I had to reconfigure the places to sync

could you try this:

1. Close the application
2. Open a terminal : Finder > Applications > Utilities > terminal.
3. Run the command: rm ~/.config/hubiC/hubiC.db puis appuie sur Entrée.
4. Relaunch hubiC

Dear HUBIC guys,

this is totally unacceptable.
I want to get my money back asap. This service is perhaps good when it works, but for me it doesn't work on my mac and if you don't give any support you're a pretty bad company.

I hope to hear soon from you.

I don't know what happened. Since a couple of days I can't use my hubic anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software but nothing works. I can't see the icon anymore and the app is not running when I check the cpu processes...

Anyone had that problem before? I don't know how I can totally reset everything that hubiC uses...
