Any chance to have a distro independant branch?

French GitHub user leizh created an init script for Debian and Ubuntu to run the hubic service on a typical headless server. It used to be strictly for synchronization, but I changed some bits to make it usable for running backups as well. My fork can be found here, and has added the following features:
  • start up at boot
  • run backups
  • better documentation

I have made minimal changes to leitz code so some parts might not be super clean, but pull requests or help in any other form is welcome A systemd version should be pretty pain free to implement.
