payment failure

My Payment of my Hubic January invoice was not successful (by mistake of Hubic) , but I cannot see any other way of paying this. February and March have already been paid. Now I receive email notifications to settle this invoice within 2 days, other wise my account will be blocked. But I do not know how. Any help would be appreciated.
