I have the same problem. I ordered the 10TB service Sunday night. I know the charges went through because my credit card flagged it for possible fraud and I approved the charge. However, as of 2PM your time, "My Account > Information" still shows only 25GB and no invoices..

Concerning the billing, your expiration date has been adjusted (expiration on april 2017, the 30th).

Hi,

I ordered the new 10TB service earlier today and belived I had payed it on the annual option. When the account was created I saw I only had 25GB storage and that hasn't changed throughout the day. I then went into the account to add new storage and again payed, transaction 46d7552f135d which it said was successful.

I still have no invoice and the storage still does not show the amount I have purchased.

Also, does this mean I have been billed twice now?
