Was Never Notified About Expiring Password. Now I'm Locked Out of My Own Account.

I have the HubiC app installed on my iPad. The email address I used to sign up is no longer accessible (I since then cancelled my Comcast account).
Usually, I stayed logged in, but on one occasion logged out. When I tried to log back in (using the iOS app), I got an error message saying that my password had expired.

So here's my problem: the email address of the user name is invalid, and the password is expired. So I'm basically locked out of my own account with NO way to update anything!

Is there anyone who can help me?
