how to reopen a closed account

Hi . I have the same problem. My card used to pay for the service expired and I was late 2 months. I since paid my balance but can no longer login to my account. Has my account been deleted. Can you help on this problem? Thanks. Steve

I missed one bill (I thought it was automatic), Hubic has closed my access, I do not know how to make a new order form or to pay the bill, and I urgently need access to my documents in the cloud. First I hope they are not lost, secondly what shall i do ? Thanks
