Hi Christian. I have the same problem. My card used to pay for the service expired and I was late 2 months. I since paid my balance but can no longer login to my account. Have you been able to receive help on this problem? Thanks. Steve

my creditcard is not working at the moment, i can't pay the service.
i am receiving emails with bills, which are written in french....i don't speak french.
even i can't login to my account anymore (maybe because i didn't make my payment), it tells me "wrong login or password"
how can i get in touch with an admin to solve this problem?
