According to my infos, your quota is at 10 Tb.

When I tried to upgrade space from within hubiC app, I got this:

I paid OVH for hubiC Upgrade space to 10T, and received a successful processing notice.

Did not receive an acknowledging email.

Upgrade space is not noted on my account.

Can you help me? Please contact me by email.

I called OVH here in the US and they said the British OVH handles US accounting. I don't care who is handling this, but I need some help.
