Okay, I have a question about this paragraph in the Use of service:
The Customer is prohibited from using, storing and/or sharing any content that may violate public order or standards of decency, or any content which incites racial hatred or is denialist, revisionist, violent, obscene, defamatory, or contains bestiality, paedophilia or pornography.
While most of the are obvious I don't get the "denialist" and "revisionist" part. Wikipedia defines them here: Denialism, Revisionism. So, if I'm doing history or climate research, will you delete my documents because I have a different view of some facts?

You can store all types of documents on hubiC with the exception of the types of data indicated in Article 5 of the Gerneral Terms of Use of service: https://hubic.com/en/contracts/Contrat_hubiC_2014.pdf

hubiC is a service which is billed for personal use (in terms of registration) so it is not possible to register a company or professional account, thus tax numbers cannot be included on invoices. All billing invoices are accessible using the web application.

First, as I understand, you are positioning hubiC as consumer product, yet you provide 11 pages of TOS without any summary clearly stating what is allowed and what not.

Especially confusing is "The Customer is prohibited from using the Service for commercial purpose". And then on testimonials we have: "Olivia: I secure my business documents in hubiC" or "David: I save 213 training documents in hubiC" - which is clearly business use. So can you exactly say what is "commercial purpose"? I am self-employed and would like to know which of these use cases are allowed :
-I want a VAT invoice when buying storage on hubiC (reading the forum I assume this is commercial)
-I want to store my invoices (generated by me and received) as well as my accounting data on hubiC
-I want to store my project files (directly related to my business) on hubiC
-I want to share my files with employees of companies for which I'm doing projects
-I want to backup my PCs, which I'm using to do my work, on hubiC
-I want to backup data of my clients on hubiC
