Problem with invoice payment

I registered the Hubic account in October 2014. Payment was transferred with card. In November 2014 next payment did not go through. Emails of you are delivered in French, which I do not understand at all. I have to pay one euro and I get a lot of your messages every month. On the invoice is not information about a bank or PayPal account I can pay my debt and - my original account is no longer active. Please contact me because solving this problem.
