Hello, I purchased today the 10TB plan. I was charged and order shows going through. However the space has NOT increased. I am still at the 25GB limit and

I printed out the invoice also credit card was charged successfully. I could not find any other way to contact support other then though here.

Thank you & hope to get this solved as I need to use hubiC pretty urgently.


Also when signing in to the account I don't see any past invoices.
