Hi,

I would like to complain about your service on this matter.

I have requested so many times to receive email notifications in english and nobody has not even answered any of my claims.

In adition to that you have suspended my account when i have answered one of your emails requesting you to charge again the invoice to the same account and again i have not received any reply.

Could you please help me on fixing this issue?
