Adding automatic payment method isn't working, at least for me

I added my Credit card as old one was expiring and you billed 3e, but the card never came visible to hubic. All went nice for the first three months as I'm on a 1e/month plan. Now I got 1,03e bill and reminder which Google translate said that I should pay it.

So added the card again, but it won't probably work this time either and same thing is happening in two months, as if that was 1,03e, so 3 euros isn't enough for three months of service.

So question probably pretty much is why I can't add my card for monthly billing? Am I doing something wrong or is it just broken?

Or if it's just broken and you don't fix it, is there then an option to add custom amount of money to my balance somewhere?
