Yes, if your account is not suspended yet.
Conversely, if your account is temporarily suspended, pay your invoice (received by email) and contact me on a private message to reopen your account.

According to the bank, the card should be there next week so i'll be able to pay in time.

I just need to delete the card registered on my account to have the option to register a new one yeah?

Don't worry. Your account will be suspended if you don't pay your invoice but temporarily in a first time.
You can pay when you receive your new card.

I lost the card I use to pay for my Hubic account and cancelled it today.

Issue is I probably won't get the new one before my monthly pay to Hubic (which according to the bills happen around the 19)

What's gonna happen? will my cloud be deleted?

Also when I get the new one, if I delete the one that's currently registered on my account will i get the option to add another?
