I made credit card payment for 10 euros and I'm still waiting for space increase nearly 3 hours later.

Why is it taking so long?

The invoice page is still saying "We manually confirm your payment".

I have the payment authorisation code and reference numbers but there is no method of contact for any of your customer service teams.

This is VERY frustrating.
