I cancelled the account. OVH keep charging my credit card after I cancel.

I am a customer at home for several months and I took the 10T subscription that I forgot to set the last month.
So you suspended my account and I would like to recover my files saved origins. How can I do because every time it says that my file no longer exists?
So I created another account and my payment of € 10.00 is not taken into account? Thank you to solve my two problems.
