No Support, Not International at all, is it a fraud?

During online subscription/payment process, the language changes from English to French. As an international customer, I don't speak French necessarily. Abortion of the transaction was the only option because I didn't want to proceed in a language that I don't understand.
But what did hubic/OVH do? Since I had typed in my credit card details already before the site switched to French, they used the data and charged the card. In addition, they sent me an email in French from a no-reply account. What makes it even worth is the fact that there is no way to contact hubic support to get the issue fixed. This is fraud!

If anyone has a direct email address to hubic/OVH support, I would highly appreciate getting it.
