security & privacy of hubC / private key?

I would have been interessed by such functionnality,
also for the transport and into hubic storages.

I mean idealy with a dual couple of ssh keys or at least with a simple couple.

Hi hubicris,

Currently, that's not implemented in hubic.
But you can use duplicity to do your encryped backup and to send it after. There are a lot of implementation of hubic as backend of duplicity.

Present 10TB hubiC storage offer is attractive, however, I am a bit concerned about the security & privacy setup of hubiC;
Is end-to-end encryption implemented in the way that user may generate a private key that is only stored locally (and of course is never transmitted)?
As far as I can see there is only a (relatively simple) account / access password.
Thanks for clarification.
