Error in Windows while synchronizing

Same here. I just installed yesterday on Win10 and am getting the same error.
I looked in my users folder and i do not have an appdata/roaming.

Plus, the path the error is showing is user/username/hubiC/

Can you please specify me your hubiC email and your logs app ?

On Windows, you will find the hubiC application logs in the following folder: AppData>Roaming>hubiC (you can also enter Win+R then %appdata%\hubiC).

Hi guys,

The following error is displayed while sync:

"Can not synchronize : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.. Will retry later."

My computer has been trying to sync for 5 days now......

What to do? Please see the following screenshot:
