Can't use the sync app on mac El Capitan. Same issue "data protecion failed". Would like to use your service but it should work without trouble. Need support. Merci !

The web app works well, the problem is with the Map desktop app.

I have already uploaded the log to demo.ovh.eu.

Are you able to connect you on web app : https://hubic.com/home/ ?
Can you send me your log app please ? (you can deposit this log file on demo.ovh.eu).

On MAC, you will fing your logs by clicking on "console" in the spotlight (the magnifying glass top right). Click "Console" in the Application area. Go to FILES, then ~/Library/Logs and finally hubiC to see your logs.

I am running OX Maverics and. I have opened an account in hubiC and installed the Desktop program.
When I try to log in through the Desktop program I get the following message:

Connection failed: data protection failed.

Could you please help me?
