hello! there is someone?!?! I need to enter in my account but I'm not be able to recovery it. The system continue to say me "username or password wrong".

Hi Guy,
I have a 10 TB account and I have problem with the access with my account.

I try to use the procedure "i forgot a password" in the login page but the system respond me "username or password wrong".
Can you help me?
If the staff contact me in private I can give the account name.
