Support for paid customers only via forum with late (if any) responses. Only in english, although the application itself is different languages. The payment is only in french, or this is another bug.

there are many problems since the beginning and no support at all, hubic is hardly ok for fun but not for business

Hi, just looking around the forums there's a lot of unanswered questions. Is this something to expect forever? or is there just a shortage of staff at the moment?

I'm worried about moving my business over to hubiC if I can't get any support.
