Hi

I have initially signed up for 100GB storage with a view to going for 10TB. I am testing and realised I had the recycle bin on.

I have since turned this off and cleared all my files and backups.

The desktop app and website is telling me that I have 41.89Gb unsued out of 100GB even though I have no data!

Please can someone help reclaim my space or I will be forced to cancel my evaluation of this service and find another?
