Showing incorrect disk space

It's not because of your use and no need to not do something particular.

Thanks. It is now showing as correct.

Is there anything I or other users need to do to avoid this happening, or anything we can do to fix it if it happens again?

My account is showing 17gb (71%) of space is in use even though I have no files. I have used the desktop app, mobile app, and the website and they all show no files but 17gb of space in use.

I have tried reporting a bug several times through the mobile app and get no reply.
