I have same problem...

I try move various big files and i experimenting problems and i cancel this transfers.

Now my account marked limit 100gb but i only used arround 40gb.

Where is the support?

Hi there,

I'm experimenting some problems with my storage space. After cancelling a sync job from my smartphone due the slowness of the process, now I see around 3 GB of storage busy by the supposed backup but there is nothing inside and, for that reason, I can't delete the useless files from there.

Can you help? Can you provide me any email for such situations?

Also, I would suggest to add an option like "Purge all" to solve similar issues and "reset" the space of the account.

Regards
