Hi,
I upgraded from the 25GB to the 100, but after completing payment I received no email confirmation, and the capacity on my account didn't increase. So I tried it again, using a different bank card.

I've now been upped to 100, but I've been charged on each card. As a one-off I'm not bothered, but I don't want this to be a recurring issue. Who do I speak to?! There is no kind of email or phone help set up for Hubic, that I can find.

Also- I'd like to increase again to the 10TB, but when about to enter payment it's asking for 18EUR not 10 And I'd like to be confident that the original 1EUR will be automatically cancelled if I upgrade!
