Cannot modify account information (postcode and telephone number rejected)

I am trying to change my account information but each time I press the modify button I get the following error:

The post code is invalid

The telephone number format is not valid (must start with the country prefix +xx)

Bearing in mind that this same information was initially accepted when I first registered with hubic (I am now using 100Gb service)

With respect to post code I have entered it correctly (as used here in the UK where I live) so not sure what to do there. As for the telephone it has the +44 prefix (for UK) added so again not sure what the issue is there also.

Any help appreciated (my third post of the day!).
