Being a windows user I use Firefox and Chrome, both fully updated. I have used them both without error with Hubic. If you try another web browser on your computer and the issue is resolved, then it may be Safari. However, if this issue was occurring over this past weekend (Feb 28 - March 2) then the issue may be fixed now. Hubic had a system wide failure that affected all web browsers. It seems that Hubic doesn't work with Safari 7.0.2? Is this an actual issue? Can anyone verify this?

There is not a lot of help here.

After logging in to the browser site, all I see is the web browser window, but there is nothing there. I see "Downloads," "Other Actions," "New Folder" and "Add Files" but they don't seem to be active links when I hover over them.

Is there some sort of delay after creating an account?
