I have a similar problem: I cannot upgrade because the form tells me the phone number is misformed, even though I'm using the correct format (+46 in my case). Any suggestions?

Have you tried with "plus" before phone number character ? like +3360606xxxx ?

Hello,

I have an issue with my account : I have currently the 25Go free account and I would like to upgrade to the 100Go. The problem comes from the phone number which is never accepted like this. I tried cellular phone number as well as a fixe-line number, but without success. The erreor message reads :
"le format du numerio de telephone est invalide : doit commencer par le prefix national + xx"
I tried with the usual french format 06 XX XX XX XX as well as with an international prefix 336 XX XX XX XX with and without spaces, but no success.
Can you please help ?
