Problem to connect from OS X

Dear Staff,
from many weeks, i cannot connect to my payment hubic account from my mac book pro with Sierra, in the past, with the same OS X version, there was not any problem, it's a few months it stops to work.
I don’t have any problem to connect by iOS with my iPhone/iPad, by web site or Windows, it's only a recently problem from the notebook with Sierra, I always receive the message “Data protection failed”.

Let me know urgently, please, how to fix the problem.

I already wrote to help@hubic.com many times, without any answer !!
