Subscription cancelled yet still being billed

After being with Hubic for 2 years I decided to leave last year due to awful support and terrible download speeds.

My service was cancelled, however I am still being billed for space that I am no longer using. I cannot log into my account since it has been suspended because I simply didn't pay thinking that it would cancel my subscription.
