Problem extension to 10TO

I have got problem to switch my offer from 30GB to 10TO.
I took the 10TO offer from my registration 5 days ago. However after payment, I did not receive an invoice.
I then resumed the procedure and paid another 50 and still nothing.

Both payment have been taken from my account and I am still limited to 30GB.

Now I end up with 100 of expense and I still have my 30GB trial.

I have been contacting for 4 days without answer.

Can anyone give me an explanation?
