Repeated files skipped backup and then network error message on backup

I have never received such poor customer service from an organisation. No response to my query on this forum, the support email address bounces emails back and apparently I cannot send the customer support team a private message. How you plan on building a sustainable business by behaving this way is unbelievable. Based on my experience I would warn everyone against using Hubic as it seems if there is a problem you will get no support and no interaction other than chasing you to pay bills. Unbelievably poor, the only good thing is none of my data is at risk, someone else might not be so lucky.

J'ai reçu un courriel demandant pour plus de frais d'abonnement.
J'ai envoyé votre adresse e-mail et le soutien soumis forum billet et reçu absolument aucune aide du tout . Le service de sauvegarde de Hubic ne fonctionne toujours pas correctement.
C'est inacceptable.
Soit vous me aider et je payer les frais d'abonnement , ou vous ne me aidez pas et je ne payez pas les frais .
Votre choix!

Hi, I am trying to initial backups of files. Have uploaded over 150GB but then get 'file synchronisation' errors and then network error (400 I think) saying that the backup will try again later.
It has done the same thing over past week or so, can someone please help? I tried emailing your support address but got no response at all, if I can't get this sorted out I will have no choice but to cancel subscription which I don't want to do!
