Good morning,
After days and days of sincoronizzazione of my files (410GB) on a space purchased on hubic this morning a rude awakening.
My space is completely empty. Inexplicably, all files uploaded in the past are no longer present in my cloud.
I wonder and ask:
1) How could that happen?
2) What you describe about data security on Hubic site is real?
3) How do I recover data that inexplicably got lost?
4) I have guarantees for the future that this does not happen again or do I opt for another service?

The file sincoronizzazione is made by the Hubic V2.1.0.256 app on OSX
I await your answer to decide how to operate.
