Payment 100 GB and not added to account

Is this normal that you don't get any response from hubic. Are there e-mail address for mailing payment issues ?

On 27 juli i upgraded with 100 GB. Payment is done by creditcard, last numbesr 0769

When i login the 100 GB is not added to my account. Also a little bit strange you
have to post this kind of issues on a forum. A helpdesk with e-mail woutld be better.
