Sync notifications not appearing for files in folder

Hi, I seem to having an issue with the sync notifications showing up. I have all the files in my hubic folder successfully backed up, as the app shows that nothing is syncing. However, I don't see the check mark on the files themselves showing they are backed up. I attached both the folder itself as well as the hubic icon showing that no syncing is ongoing.

Does this feature work on Windows 8?
