Unexpected HTTP Status 500

Yes, I know, they are load balancing again, etcetera. They say things are getting better slowly. But the last part of the sentence is interesting, too: "Nous avons augmentés certains seuils de timeouts afin de limiter le stress sur l'infrastructure.": They are limiting the pressure on the infrastructure by augmenting the timeout limits. So there IS a capacity problem.

If it is more or less of an annoyance depends of course on what you do. I upload a great amount of screenshots from time to time. In my experience a lot of small files are always a bit of a problem for cloud systems. We will see what happens. Last 24 hours I still had a lot of http 500 errors.

summary: they are aware there are a lot of timeouts, htt 500 ( from 14th of may till 18th).

Dear HubiCteam

After a year of splendid performance of your cloud service the errors are back. Last two weeks I get a lot of incomprehensible http 500 errors (other people have them, too, I read here on the forum). After some time and restarts in the end everything is finally synced as should be expected. But of course it leads to other problems like copies of / conflicts. This really is a pity because I like HubiC.

Nothing changed at my side: stil using Linux (Kubuntu 14.04.3) and your most recent client for it, still very fast connections, still the same content. So: what's going on? Is it capacity problems, server problems, or what? Please, correct the situation, because a cloud that can not be trusted is a dangerous place for my files. And some communication to your clients is a good thing, too.

Nobody responded yet. This error 500 - message means their servers have a hard time handling all the requests.

As a paying customer I'm not happy nobody of the HubicTeam seems to even read our posts, let alone respond to them.
