Hello,
Your account is opened.
You can cancel it on the dashboard (My account > Settings > Cancel My account)

Dear Alex,
I had the same problem. I paid one time but nobody unlocked my account. So no opportunity to unsubscribe. This occure 3 months ago, and every month I receive a new invoice...
Hope that it will be better for you...
