Cannot move file - Server reply : 504 - Gateway Time-out

Hello hubiC team/developers,

It's been 4 months since I first reported this problem, there has been no improvements.

Does not matter what file or folder I like to move (5 KB or 10 GB), it always fails with 504 - Gateway Time-out

OVH is a big company, it's a shame how many problems we have with hubiC.

I am using hubiC v2.1.1.145 (Windows 10 x64) to upload files/folders and web interface (on Chrome - latest version) to move files to another folder.
Dear Cascada,

I'm having the same problem.
I'm also very dissapointed with this service and I believe I wasted my money because all troubles that OVH is experience as the "Gateway Error" (randomly errors 503 & 504), huge time for uploading and/or downloading files, corrupted files downloaded from the cloud, no support, etc., etc..
Furthermore, all this forum is in french, which make this "suppot" almost impossible to understand (my native language is spanish but I also speak english).
I believe they are experiencing technical problems now and we will not receive any response.
I regret having spent my money, as I only was able to upload 750Gb in six month when I have more than 2Gb to be uploaded.
I also believe we receive the "support" we deserve for such a cheap service.
This is a french and european company: what what can we expect from it?
I will give them 7 days for solve this trouble. If not, I will leave this service.
