I have received a notification that my payment has not been received.
The amount was paid and shows on my credit card statement.
I have replied to support and attached the details.
Each time i receive an automated reply in French (identical each time) which indicates a person never looked at the reply or did anything about it.
I cannot find any way to communicate with a person

It now appears that my account is blocked.

What do i do about it?
