Unsolicited renewal

I just received a bill amounting to 50.42 for the renewal of the service.

In no time I wanted to renew the payment service. I have not received prior notification by mail that I was going to charge this amount, and on the web in Spanish not indicate any renewal date or no option to mark I do not want to renew it.

Consequently, how I can do to cancel the renewal just charge me and return me the amount?
