Hi,
I was paying the monthly fee of 5.21 EUR for two months but then at the third month I wanted the year subscription. So I payed 1 year but I still get reminders of the 5.21 EUR, and now it says that my balance is -5.21 (yeah, negative). Can you remove this?

Now I can't login, it says wrong password, and wrong email when I try to get the password reset.

Please solve the issues.
