Issues logging in

I have been unable to log in to my account, and whenever I do I'm told I'm using an invalid e-mail address of password. When I select "forgot password?" and enter my address, I get the same error.

I can't find a direct e-mail address to contact Hubic and query this, and my payments are up to date.

Any ideas where I can forward my query to?
