User/hubiC-provided link goes to empty page

I have received a link to a file from a hubiC user. The link was sent by the hubiC system. I am myself a hubiC (just registered basic) user.

My problem: the link (of type leads to a hubiC page, but the page has no content. There is no error message.

My question: any further information about where the problem can be?

Note: The file has a size of ca 20GB

I am assuming that if the file to which the link should point is not there, the hubiC system would provide a more specific error message. Now there is no error message, just an empty page/directory.

Any help would be useful. Thank you.
